India has accelerated its pace of infrastructure development since the government launched a new national master plan three years ago, but industry leaders earlier this month said more must be done to ensure projects are not just built quickly, but built well.

Funds are earmarked for 42 projects in as many states and D.C., with an added $28 million set for award to 15 states to expand and train the US green buiilding workforce.
