The Denver Broncos National Football League franchise is preparing to start construction on a $175-million training facility and headquarters, a planned 205,000-sq-ft, three-story building that would replace an existing training center built in 1990 on the same 26-acre campus in Englewood, Colo., according to the team.
The new facility would unite spaces for players, football operations and business operations under one roof, according to the Broncos. Set to be 30% larger than the existing training center and also feature an underground parking level, the facility would finish in time for the 2026 football season, the team said.
